Hello my favorite Autumn ^-^ / Four Imaginary Landscapes from Basho / Joji Yuasa
Fall is such a wonderful time of year.
You can be a poet in a landscape with turning colored beautiful Leaves :-)
The great Japanese composer, Joji Yuasa has composed in 2007 the music pieces "Four Imaginary Landscapes from Basho for violin and piano".
The most beautiful piece of then is the Autumn :-)

巡り会い
『巡り会い』の意味は
めぐりめぐって出あう。
別れ別れになっていた相手に出あう。
長く求めていたものに出あう。
だそうです。
そう、10月3日は当にそんな巡り会いの日でした^-^
諸先輩方の偉業と伝統による『巡り会い』が次の『巡り会い』に繋がり、私たちはその贈与を受けているんだ
と体感した幸せな日でした。
ありがとう。ありがとう。ありがとう。ありがとう。ありがとう。
感謝。感謝。感謝。
感動。感動。
どのようにこの気持ちを伝えたら良いのかしら？
『人は本当に感謝感動した時には、それを言葉では伝えきることができない』んですね。。。
ピアノでこの気持ちを表現してみました。

my favorite brazilian contemporary music / Os Abacaxis não voam (2001) / Guilherme Nascimento
"The Pineapples do not fly" is the title of a piano piece by Guilherme Nascimento.
This music is one of my most favorite Brazilian contemporary piano music.
It's very meditative, soft, calm and imaginatively.
What for me special is the concept of this music has relationship with Zen-Philosophy.
When I perform this piece, I have timeless feeling.
You can find silence peace in your mind by this music, you will have wish for benefit of others. That's a very beautiful thing :-)

Hello my favorite petit love=恋 / pappiness
恋に落ちると眠れなくなるでしょう。だって、ようやく現実が夢より素敵になったんだから。
You know you’re in love when you can’t fall asleep because reality is finally better than your dreams.
絵本作家ドクター・スース (Dr. Seuss)さんの言葉より。
こんにちは^-^
時差ボケ状態に落ちて眠れなくなってるPoppyです。現実が夢より素敵になってます^-^
悪夢続きです。
ステージで演奏しないといけないのに、88あるはずの鍵盤が20ほどしかない。
とか
本番の曲が変更され、聴衆の目の前にて超絶難解な曲を初見で演奏しないといけない。
そんな夢の攻撃。
悪夢の後の目覚めの瞬間に『現実はなんて素晴らしいんだ〜』
と嬉しくなります^-^
だって、現実では練習、イメージトレーニング、姿勢トレーニング、感動トレーニングなど出来ることが一杯あります。
素晴らしい〜^-^
しかし
つらい。・°°・(＞_＜)・°°・。

Bienal Musica Hoje Curitiba, Brazil / 14-22. August 2015
The Music Festival "bienal musica hoje" in Curitiba, Brazil has been taking place now :-) It's a wonderful contemporary music festival with young essential members who are great musicians and composers.
The board members and the audience have high sense, they are very open to listen new music and to discuss about contemporary music.
Our "ensemble cross.art" has been there in 2011 and 2013.
Thank you very much to the Goethe Institut
and to the Consulate-General of Japan in Curitiba for the great support, when we were there.
The Venue "Capela Santa Maria" is a beautiful concert hall with fantastic acoustic.
and
There is a Steinway concert-piano D :D
If you like, you can watch the Video (ensemble cross.art performed "SHÔ" by Fernando Riederer) which we performed in the Capela Santa Maria.
During the Festival you can take part in workshops, lectures, open-rehearsals.
There are numerous fascinating concerts every day.
For lunch and dinner, we meet and eat together in a Brazilian restaurant with yummy Brazilian food :-)
The atmosphere between Bord members and musicians or between the invited ensembles are very nice.
You will become familiar with each other.
I really miss the peoples who I met there.
If you have time, please visit the Bienal Musica Hoje Curitiba, Brazil.
That will be a perfect opportunity for getting know nice people and exciting contemporary music.
It will take place until 22nd August ;-)

collage mélodique is my favorite Hello to performe :-)
one of my favorite pieces to perform is
"collage mélodique" by Oliver Frick.
It's a cooperation piece with him.
I created the concept for the special exhibition of works by Michel Majerus the Kunstmuseum Stuttgart.
Our wonderful Cellist (ensemble cross.art) and I have interviewed the pedestrians on the street in the city.
We showed 4 pictures of Michel Majerus ( in ipad ) and asked the people spontaneously to express what they come to mind.
Michel Majerus frequently used known representational material he composed collages.
In Majerus's works he cited phenomena of popular culture such as computer games, comics and advertising, as well as the art-historical repertory of Minimal Art and Pop Art.
This sampling method that combines different image elements freely, he has given new impetus to painting.
The concept is to create music an implementation Based on Mejerus's arts technique.
" collage mélodique " consists of excerpts known works of piano literature that merge into one another.
The keys of the piano control the sounds of interviews and samples from a variety of sources of omnipresent everyday culture, from the well Majerus refers the materials for his paintings.
Yes, such an arts concept is not new more today.
however
2 important points ;-)
- this music should be special for Majerus's paintings. In this regard is most exciting way how can you connect between Mejerus's Art and music, as well as between two periods when Majerus lived and today.
- The technique for composing this music "collage mélodique" and Technology and skill for live-electronics by Oliver Frick are very high quality.
